Where to walk your dog - this is by no means an extensive list and we will be adding to it gradually.
Charlton
11 minutes drive from the Dog Training Barn
Circular walk from Charlton Village OX17 3DP
Park by the Rose and Crown Pub (a great dog friendly pub for supper).
About 1 hour long and crosses some fields with livestock, but plenty of off lead walking too.
Leaving the pub on your right, walk a couple of hundred yards and at the bottom of the hill enter the gateway on your right. Follow the track into another field and follow the footpath diagonally left to the mid fenceline. The footpath continues across another arable field before continuing diagonally right to another gateway to your right. Follow along the right hand edge of another arable field until you reach a gateway. From here continue along the top of the field and down its left hand side. At the bottom go through a gap in the hedge then bear right to follow along the right hand bank of a stream until you reach a bridge. Cross the bridge and continue to follow the stream and path heading back towards Charlton. You will reach a paddock with horses on your right. Cross this bearing slightly right to find a lane that takes you back to Charlton's main road.
