Individual Training Sessions for you and your Puppy
|
The earlier your puppy can be socialised (to interact happily and safely with other puppies, people and situations) the greater the chance you have of raising a confident and happy dog.
Puppy classes in groups aren’t for every puppy or person, so a 1:1 might get you and your puppy off to a better start. We can be flexible on times to suit your lifestyle. There is so much conflicting information available these days. Happily, times have moved on from punishment based training and the pack theory where you have to be the boss. We offer a more relaxed approach where you and your puppy can live together in harmony. You have chosen to be the carer for your puppy and we will work with you to make his or her life as fulfilling and happy as it can be, whilst being stress free and flexible for you. We aim to help you raise a relaxed, confident puppy who likes people and other dogs (whilst not obsessing about either) who is able to visit parks and pubs and other people’s homes with you without causing stress to anyone else. |
There are several options available and they include 7 days of support from the date of your appointment, by Whatsapp and email, to help you approach any new challenges that arise. After the 7 days you have the option (Option 3) to book a 30 minute follow up session for £45.
We will also recommend reading for you about puppy training and early socialisation versus the risks of diseases before vaccinations take effect. Choose your option and pay by Paypal then you will be directed back to fill in the form to arrange an appointment. The booking form will ask you for a few details including 3 times that would suit you for your appointment (which should at least 4 days from submitting your form). We will then reply confirming an appointment time. Once an appointment has been made it is not refundable but we will make every effort to rearrange it if required with 24 hours notice We look forward to helping you with those all important first steps on your journey with your new companion. |
Option 1 £45

|

Just to say the cheese trick is brilliant - she has to check she’s got every bit!
I really enjoyed the 1 to 1 and it was invaluable for my two children to help them understand how to work with a new puppy. It also raised my confidence levels and gave me strategies to deal with play biting, crying and leaving her alone for a few minutes. (Hermione and Saffron)
Sally has been fantastic help in all aspects of our puppy’s young life with us. Generally it’s more about how we interact with the dogs as much as anything else and Sally was excellent with this. From important advise, opinion, guidance and critical ‘how to’ has helped us shape our relationship with Lenny. I would highly recommend even one session with Sally to give you the information and confidence you’re doing the right things, which is priceless.”
Thanks
(Dan and Joy, and of course Lenny)
Just wanted to let you know that Koda is getting on brilliantly with her recall. We've had her off long lead for a while now and still on 100% recall even when chasing a flying bird or to greet another dog, it's just a big game to her. Thank you for getting us off to this great start....so enjoying watching her run around fields on our walks with the confidence that she'll come back if we need her to. Thank you again. (Koda and Katrina)
I brought Poppy, my extremely excitable 3 month old golden retriever to Sally who immediately put us both at ease and took time to explore issues we'd been having. As a first time dog owner I was worried I was doing everything wrong but she reassured me and gave me practical tips to help train Poppy. She also recommended activities, training and treats and even more helpful than that, she responded quickly to any issues via WhatsApp, helping me to recognise and adjust unwanted behaviours. Since then Poppy has given me more joy than I could have imagined. I would thoroughly recommend Sally's training services. Gave me confidence to carry on training Poppy independently and she is growing up beautifully."
