Low Stress Handling for Dog Grooming , Veterinary and Healthcare Procedures

Places for 6 handlers at £95 each (must be professional dog groomers, veterinary staff or shelter staff)
Places for 20 spectators at £70 each (can be dog owners or professionals)
Lunch included
A one day course for professionals who have interaction with dogs, such as veterinary staff, professional groomers and those working in animal shelters
The course would also benefit owners who want to improve how they handle their dogs
Places for owners are available as spectators.
This workshop will discuss how to:
• Encourage the dog to actively participate in a relaxed way so you both have a calm environment in which to groom, administer care or perform health checks
• Make a potentially stressful situation for the dog an enjoyable one to look forward to - rather than one he would rather avoid

You must be 18 or over to make a booking.
Bookings are non-refundable but if you are unable to attend yourself then you are free to sell on your place as long as you inform us of the change of attendee details. When making a payment you will be given the option to pay by paypal or by debit/credit card - please follow the instructions carefully.
"Notes may be provided by the instructors for a course, however this is dependent on the individual course and instructor. Attendees are welcome to take written notes throughout the course for personal use. Notes taken and any course materials provided are strictly intended for the individual attending the course and should not be distributed, edited or sold. Audio or video (still or motion) recording of the course materials and teaching is prohibited unless instructed otherwise by the course instructor. “

Anyone wishing to be a spectator in ANY SESSION does need to book a spectator space. This includes everyone- drivers, partners and anyone with a working place in another session. Thanks for your co ooperation.
